Summer Student Employment
Covenant Church St. Catharines is hiring for the summer!
1. Ministry Intern
2. Summer Program Coordinator
We are seeking young adults to join our team this summer as a Summer Program Coordinator and as a Ministry Intern. These are full-time positions for 13 weeks (May- August 2025). Occasional evening and weekend work may be required based on program schedules and events.
These positions are specifically for people between the ages of 18-30 as per the Canada Summer Jobs Grant program.
Applications will be accepted until March 21, 2025.
Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis
Administrative Assistant
Covenant is currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and will have excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support to the Pastors, Council and all Ministry volunteers.
-Prepare and format documents using Microsoft Word
-Manage scheduling and communication
-Assist with various office tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
